Mood is very correlated to sleep, I confirm

Being happy

This morning my son woke up at 5am, as a consequence, so did I. Result: I’m in a very bad mood, and anything the kids do, I start by being suspicious, then positive, instead of the other way around.

So here we go, from test in the field, I can confirm that mood is impacted by amount of sleep. (stating the obvious)
