The only working method to regular progress

The power of every day. Not every two days or twice a week. Every day! If you want to improve, then improve every day. This is what is going to happen for this blog. Otherwise, at it happened in the last six month, the blog will have little new content.

Do less every day than more every two days. The first one will be done; the second will be dropped.

Doing something every day is the only way I found to do something consistency. When I did sport earlier this year, it was every day, seven days a week for 63 days. I did all 63. When I started a lighter program of 3 times a week, I started skipping sessions. Now it’s more three times every two weeks. Same thing for writing my first book, applying for jobs, searching clients and the list goes on.

Less is key!

Less is the key word here. Make the daily goal incredibly simple, so simple it would stupid not to do it, and you’ll fee guilty. Guilt is a powerful ally.

Try! Set very simple daily goals on something you’ve procrastinated for long and start.

PS: If one day there is more time, great, do more.
