I spent a lot of time and money on cameras, lenses, accessories (light meter) and more. I did (still do) up to 2000 pictures a month. I tried, jpeg, RAW, Nik collection, Lightroom, Fuji, Sony, Panasonic, point-and-shoot, hybrid, etc…
And I came to a conclusion about what is my best camera.
Ok the best camera of 2020 is the same one that is the best for the last forever years.
The best camera is the one you carry with you.
For most people it us a phone, for me it is a point-and-shoot Panasonic DMC-TZ70.
Here are pictures made with the Panasonic DMC-TZ70. If there is good sunlight, this small, light camera is my favourite choice, especially for zooming on animals.
If there is less light or I want a more artistic photo, then I will choose a different camera, usually my Sony Alpha 6000, and work them on post-production.
