Covid and grief

Continuing on the inspiration of yesterday I want to remind every person reading that YOU have lost something, more than one thing maybe, during this last year of lockdown and working-from-home. Force yourself to stop! Stop the spiral of things to do, and think about where you are on the journey to grief for each loss. You will be a step forward being a stronger and better person.
