Diplomas only identify people having been good at school and had the opportunity of certain decisions in their youth.
What is really needed is to find talents.
Brain is more important than skills, skills are more important than education. A good brain is curious, a good brain learns and acquire skills and knowledge. And a great person, share the knowledge.
