How to have your sub-conscience to speak its (yours) mind
There are moments in life when I need to make a choice between two options, and I cannot. I cannot decide. In my head, it goes like this:
I pick option one, feel confident about it, then start feeling that option 2 is best, but I like option 1. I like option 2, too (pun intended).
I end up in a loop called analysis-paralysis.
There is a simple way to know what I really want.
I pick a coin, head option 1, tail option 2. I throw the coin and, as an example, get head.
Now, there is a trick!
- If I feel bad about the result of the coin (in our example head so option 1 ), I know that what I really want is option 2
- If I feel good about the result of the coin, then that’s the right choice.
